Unwashed, unworn and unused goods may be returned by post within 28 days of receipt. All products must be returned in their original condition. The goods are to be packed in a secure box or satchel with a copy of the original invoice.
Customers will be responsible for all mail charges. We recommend that you return the goods via registered post. Fletcher Jones Australia will not be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 2 weeks from the day your return is posted for processing. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
